Refund policy

15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee + 12-Month Warranty

Returns (15 days): You have 15 days from delivery to return your VOLTIX in original condition (unused or lightly tested, with all parts) for a full refund. Contact support@voltix.shop with your order number for return instructions. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval. No restocking fees.

Warranty (12 months): If the motor, battery or charger fails within 12 months of normal use, send us a photo or video of the issue and we will ship a replacement unit or part free of charge.

Damaged on arrival: Send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it free or refund you - your choice.

The warranty does not cover normal chain wear, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
