Returns (15 days)

Not what you expected? You have 15 days from delivery to return your VOLTIX in original condition (unused or lightly tested, with all parts) for a full refund. Contact support@voltix.shop with your order number for return instructions. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of approval.

Warranty (12 months)

Motor, battery or charger fails within 12 months of normal use? Send us a photo or video of the issue and we'll ship a replacement unit or part free of charge — no return shipping required in most cases.

Damaged on arrival

Send a photo within 48h of delivery and we'll replace it free or refund you — your choice.

The warranty doesn't cover normal chain wear, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
