How thick a branch can it cut?
The PowerCut Pro comfortably cuts branches up to ~4 inches (10 cm) in diameter — perfect for pruning, storm cleanup and firewood prep.

How long does the battery last?
Each battery delivers around 30–45 minutes of continuous cutting. Your kit includes rechargeable batteries and a USB charger.

Is it hard to use?
No — it weighs about 1 kg and works one-handed. If you can use a cordless drill, you can use a VOLTIX.

Is it safe?
It includes a safety lock switch and hand guard. As with any cutting tool: wear eye protection and gloves, keep both hands clear of the chain, and store away from children. Adults 18+ only.

How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 24h with tracking. Delivery takes 6–12 business days to the US, UK and Canada.

What if it arrives damaged or stops working?
Contact us with a photo/video — we replace defective units free under our 12-month warranty.

What if I change my mind?
You have 15 days from delivery to return it in original condition for a full refund.
